Pradnya Desh

Pradnya Desh is the Managing Partner for Desh International Law, which advises companies and global non-profits on operating in the US and other countries. She helps organizations to sell, source, invest, and establish their presence abroad. She is a former US trade negotiator who represented the United States at the World Trade Organization in Geneva, Switzerland.

Since 1998, Pradnya Desh has focused on international trade and business as an economist, diplomat and then as a private practice attorney. She has represented companies on a wide range of trade topics including US market entry, distribution in China, customs matters in India, anti-competitive practices in Korea, and medical device filing in Brazil.
